AI Innovation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to join our team and shape the future of artificial intelligence.

About the Role:

As an AI innovation engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, and fine-tuning pre-trained models to meet specific business requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these capabilities into existing products and services, enhancing user experiences and creating new value propositions.

  • Design and implement AI agents that automate tasks, enhance decision-making processes, and improve operational efficiency across various departments.
  • Implement vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data, enabling faster and more accurate AI model performance.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained models, adapting them to specific use cases and improving their performance on domain-specific tasks.

About You:

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in deep learning principles and architectures, as well as hands-on experience with vector databases and cloud deployment.

You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
