Our SaaS division is expanding into innovative products through Booking Genie, designed for the salon and wellness industry.

This opportunity is ideal for you if you're enthusiastic about developing something from scratch while backed by the stability and legacy of an established tech company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Pitch and demonstrate Booking Genie to salon owners
  • Educate salons on the benefits of the app: appointment booking, client recordkeeping, payment collection
  • Support salons in activating their trial and guide them through app usage
  • Follow up leads and convert trials to paid subscriptions

Performance Metrics (Key Performance Indicators)

  • A minimum of 80–100 salon visits per week
  • At least 8 demos per day
  • 6 trials activated per day
  • Minimum 10 paid conversions/month

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, D2D, fintech, micro-SaaS preferred)
  • Local language fluency (Tamil/Hindi/Regional)
  • Strong attitude and street-smart hustle — not just degree-based
