Job Overview

Globsyn Business School, a renowned institution in Kolkata, invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor (HRM). This exciting opportunity offers a chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of business education.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, and actively participating in institutional building activities. They will develop program curricula in association with the Knowledge Cell, aligning with market requirements under the supervision of the Principal.

The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, with a Doctorate degree in the relevant field and a Master's in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from an Indian University or an equivalent foreign university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and mentoring students
  • Developing program curricula
  • Organizing MDPs & FDPs with domestic and international universities
  • Consulting with large domestic or international companies
  • Collaborating with industry for consulting assignments
  • Demonstrating research proficiency through article writing and publishing

The selected candidate will also be required to connect with alumni for various institute activities and encourage experiential learning beyond the classroom.

Requirements

For the Assistant Professor role, the minimum experience required is 6 years, with at least 2 years of Post-Ph.D. experience. The candidate must have a total of 6 research publications in ABDC/SCI journals or UGC/AICTE-approved lists.

For the Associate Professor role, the minimum experience required is 8 years, with at least 2 years of Post-Ph.D. experience. The candidate must have a Doctorate degree in the relevant field, a Master's in Business Administration - Human Resource Management, and at least 6 research publications in ABDC/SCI journals or UGC/AICTE-approved lists.

Salary and Benefits
