Community Engagement Assistant

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and skill development in community building, operations, and participant management. You will work closely with our founder/mentor to understand the inner workings of a successful self-development ecosystem.

  • Establish connections with participants through phone calls and WhatsApp to confirm their involvement and provide support.
  • Collect feedback from attendees after masterclasses and guide them on their next steps towards personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or Excel to track registrations, attendance, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Support seamless engagement within our online community by facilitating interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate directly with our founder/mentor to gain insights into how transformational programs are designed and executed.

We seek candidates with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities (spoken & written), and basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools. As a member of our team, you will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt.
