We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and be able to analyze data to inform decision-making. You will work closely with our design and content teams to create targeted ad campaigns that engage our audience and meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
  • Conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats (image, carousel, video, reels, etc.)
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure return on investment
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign goals
  • Monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements
  • Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively
