We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the field of Tower Design. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical or civil engineering and a proven track record of success in tower design, estimation, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Calculations: Prepare detailed calculations and structural analysis for tower design.
  • Estimation: Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Project Planning: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).
  • Strong knowledge of international standards.
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
