Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned infrastructure engineer to spearhead our cloud and DevSecOps initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure, as well as developing and maintaining secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure on AWS/GCP using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
  • Lead Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and day-to-day operations.
  • Enforce DevSecOps practices by integrating security scanning, compliance checks, and secrets management into pipelines.
  • Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, CloudWatch, and the ELK stack.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and support a shift-left culture.
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based systems (Ubuntu/RedHat) and databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Define and maintain robust disaster recovery, backup, and high availability strategies.
  • Ensure cost-efficiency and reliability of infrastructure through cloud cost optimization practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting).
  • Solid expertise in DevSecOps tooling: container/image scanning, secrets management, policy enforcement.
  • Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, and shell/Python scripting for automation.
  • Experience working with CI/CD platforms: GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS or GCP services (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS/GKE).
  • Experience in monitoring/logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch.
  • Comfortable with DNS and CDN configuration.
  • Strong Linux systems knowledge and understanding of network security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to policy-as-code and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with service mesh or Zero Trust architectures.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or DevOps communities.
  • Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
