Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Estimator in Civil Engineering. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for turnkey/EPC/PPP projects, including civil, structural, and finishing works.

  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
  • Monitor project budgets and update cost forecasts based on design or scope changes.
  • Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on current market rates.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates. They should also have hands-on experience with estimation and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for turnkey/EPC/PPP projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams.
  • Monitor project budgets and update cost forecasts.

Requirements:

  • B.E. in Civil Engineering with around 3-4 years of experience in estimation for high-rise EPC projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation and MS Excel.
