Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payment management, and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive financial records, ledgers, and statements to ensure data integrity and transparency.
  • Prepare and present high-quality financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to tax regulations applicable to the real estate sector, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgeting and cash flow management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Coordinate with banking partners, auditors, and other financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions and minimize disruptions.
  • Provide analytical support and insights to inform business decisions, leveraging financial data to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on theoretical foundations and practical application.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tally, Excel, and other accounting software, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial laws, and industry standards, with the ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines to deliver high-quality outcomes.
