Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic AI Assurance Lead who will work closely with the development team to design test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify potential data-related issues in AI models.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of GenAI products.
  • Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models.
  • Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues.
  • Document and communicate test results.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in software testing and Test Automation with a focus on data validation, familiarity with data quality standards and best practices, and experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP, REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.

Requirements and Qualifications
