Job Description

This role involves safeguarding the financial health of our organization while enabling responsible business growth.

You will work at the intersection of product strategy, risk expertise, and technology delivery to ensure emerging risks are addressed through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit clear business requirements, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with product goals.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand critical use cases and evolving risk-related needs.
  • Develop and communicate user journeys, workflows, and artifacts that illustrate intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Conduct and integrate findings from usability studies, market analysis, and research into product feature planning and prioritization.
  • Identify, escalate, and propose solutions for key issues and dependencies to ensure seamless product delivery and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related function.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in large financial institutions with a foundational understanding of credit risk management concepts.
  • Background working closely with UX Design and Technology teams.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
