We are seeking a skilled Digital Art Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-impact email campaigns and ads that drive results for our eCommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads that align with our client's brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with our copywriters and marketers to develop visually appealing layouts that engage our target audience.
  • Create reusable components and Figma templates to streamline future execution.
  • Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout, and design best practices to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2–8 years of experience in digital art and design, preferably for eCommerce brands.
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must, with knowledge of layout, spacing, typography, and color theory.
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs.
  • Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms.
  • Even better: A passion for performance-driven design that prioritizes both aesthetics and functionality.
