Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to leverage data analytics and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Uncover insights by analyzing massive datasets, identifying patterns that reveal opportunities to optimize fee structures and seller experiences.
    • Track and analyze business-critical metrics that reveal the performance of fee structures and incentive programs across international marketplaces.
  • Business Partnership & Influence:
    • Partner with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to define business metrics.
    • Transform complex analytical discoveries into actionable business recommendations that drive measurable results.
    • Develop and deliver compelling data narratives that influence product strategy and decision-making.
    • Lead cross-functional collaborations that turn your analytical insights into tangible improvements.
  • Technical Implementation & Innovation:
    • Architect sophisticated data pipelines that extract, transform, and deliver critical insights.
    • Build scalable, automated reporting solutions.
    • Pioneer the application of latest GenAI tools to unlock deeper insights and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience.
    • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
    • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
    • Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
    • Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
    • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
