Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Techolution. This role will be based in Hyderabad and will involve working on all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

About the Role
  • Prepare and review all compliances with the help of consultants in US & India.
  • Analyze the notices received and address them with the help of consultants for all countries and submit risk finding report to the senior management.
  • Submit all transaction documents, resolve queries and liaise with tax consultants to ensure tax compliance for all Countries.
  • Administer all direct tax and Indirect Tax processes/notices and compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax audit, payroll taxes etc.
  • Liaisoning with the tax consultant and auditors with respect to the submissions, Stat Audits, assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities in connection with the above.
ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance and Risk Management

We are looking for a careful, hardworking, and diligent person that can multi-task several things at once, and stay on top of the entire checklist of things. Audit experience is mandatory.

Audit and Financial Statements Preparation & Review
  • Preparation and analysis of Monthly/Quarterly/yearly financial statements as per GAAP.
  • Hands on experience in finalization of accounts.
  • Assist in planning and executing external review and audits.
  • Gather and prepare documentation required for audits, including financial statements, transaction records, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with auditors to address queries and provide necessary information.
  • Review audit findings and work with management to develop and implement corrective actions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Tax compliance Direct and Indirect, finalization of accounts and audit closure and replying audit questions. The candidate should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

The salary for this role is approximately ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Techolution offers a competitive package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
