Advanced AI Solutions Architect

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. As part of a Canadian-based company serving US enterprise customers, you'll work shoulder to shoulder with our founders and Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions.

This role combines AI integration and no-code implementation, perfect for technically-minded professionals who want to transition from pure development into client-facing work while implementing cutting-edge technology using our Cohesiv platform.

• You'll drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
• You'll create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using Cohesiv's visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
• You'll collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers.
• You'll become an expert in the Cohesiv platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.
• You'll troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• You'll identify automation opportunities within client workflows and implement them using our no-code tools and AI capabilities.
• You'll manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
• You'll quickly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts using Cohesiv's no-code environment to validate client requirements.
• You'll serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needs.

Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background, with experience in developing and integrating AI-powered solutions. You should have a solid understanding of system architecture, design principles, and be proficient in coding languages like Python or JavaScript. Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders

Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred)

CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our new proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided)

AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes

System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources
