Generative AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and deploying GenAI solutions with 4+ years of experience.

  • The successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • They will build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Our ideal candidate will develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • They will apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
  • At least 4+ Years of experience.
  • Experience working in multiple locations in India is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
