**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies to expand our customer base and drive store traffic. This will involve identifying opportunities to increase profitability, negotiating tie-ups with local markets and malls, and educating our sales teams on company goals and product knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing business strategies to expand the customer pool and optimize profitability.
- Negotiating tie-ups with local markets and malls to drive footfalls and achieve timely deliverables.
- Educating selling teams and sales staff about the company's goals, visual merchandising directives, and product knowledge.
- Regularly reviewing sales data and creating reports for senior-level officers.
- Utilizing business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff.
- Traveling to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff.
- Reviewing sales policies and updating policies and curriculum as needed.
- Identifying both struggling and successful sales initiatives and exploring ways to improve sales metrics.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
**Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, depending on past experience and industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
- Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
- Willingsness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties.
