Job Title:

Testing Strategy Lead

Job Purpose:

This role will support the development of testing methodologies for key controls across global business operations. The Testing Strategy Lead will focus on assurance activities over resiliency and critical controls testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with assurance teams to identify and prioritize testing activities.
  • Plan and execute control tests, coordinating reviews with stakeholders, managing analysts, and reviewing work quality.
  • Prepare draft reports on test results and advise business stakeholders on appropriate solutions and remediation activities.
  • Present results to senior management for agreement and buy-in.
  • Coordinate review lifecycle activities with senior stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics teams to convert manual testing into continuous assurance activities.
  • Support issue remediation and validation with stakeholders.
