Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web-based SaaS applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and testing skills, with a passion for quality and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and manual testing for web-based SaaS applications.
  • Write and execute test cases, create and maintain test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Design and implement automated tests using Playwright (preferred) or similar tools.
  • Understand and test database queries, ensuring data integrity and backend validations.
  • Log and track issues using JIRA and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing.

Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.

Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.

Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/YouTrack,GitHub,Jenkins.
