Oracle Compensation Specialist

Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations by conducting requirement workshops, mapping business processes, identifying as-is vs. to-be processes, and designing optimized solutions.

  • BUILD/REVIEW FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTS, ENHANCEMENTS, REPORTS & INTEGRATIONS
  • CONFIGURE SCENARIOS AND DELIVER REAL BUSINESS IMPACT
  • COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS ON FULL LIFECYCLE PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud expert with 8–12 years of experience in Compensation implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and compensation summary, along with expertise in full-cycle implementation projects and ability to manage both small and large teams effectively.

Necessary Skills:

The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud features, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with cross-functional teams and be able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with relevant professional certifications (e.g., Oracle Certification) being highly desirable.
