  • Act as the legal representative for all Indian entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Lead budgeting, team management, financial planning and reporting across all business units
  • Foster a high-performance culture by leading and developing the Bengaluru-based team; mentoring managers
  • Deliver against a mission-led strategy focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Represent the organisation with confidence in legal, governance, and business forums

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience in India - ideally in a professional membership body or association
  • Exceptional understanding of governance, compliance, and HR practices
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L
  • Ability to drive strategy with warmth, rigour and agility
  • Line management experience with the gravitas to lead national delivery
