Job Opportunity: Advance Excel Enrollment Executive

About the Position:

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with insurance policy management systems.

The primary responsibilities of this position include managing employee data for clients, overseeing group policies, coordinating with insurance companies, and building professional relationships.

  • Manage employee data for clients.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation, prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, and provide support with policy renewals.
