Java Software Development Lead

Job Title: Java Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Java Architect to lead our software development team in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable Java applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java architecture, hands-on experience with Java Beans, Servlets, and JavaScript, and a strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and development of Java-based applications.
- Utilize Java Beans, Servlets, and JavaScript to build scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Apply OOP principles and design patterns to create reusable, maintainable code.
- Design and implement Web APIs for seamless integration with other systems and applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, to integrate Java applications with SAP systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Java Architect, with hands-on experience in Java Beans, Servlets, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience in building and integrating Web APIs.
- SAP Certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience in leading development teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Java frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
