Job Description

About this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and utilization of our AI-driven solutions across various customer segments.

  • You will conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure seamless product launches and provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-release.
  • Your responsibility will include managing beta testing phases to gather critical feedback on product features and issues.
  • You will work closely with product development teams to identify, document, and address any product issues or enhancements.
  • You will act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, translating complex technical information into user-friendly language.
  • You will monitor product performance and user experience post-release, offering proactive support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • You will collect and analyze user feedback to inform future product developments and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support aspects with a strong focus on technical support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and empowering others.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
