Job Title: Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out business, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

City Governance & SOP Adherence

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure process adherence across teams.
  • Conduct regular checks to identify operational control gaps and address them promptly.

Risk & Non-Compliance Management

  • Monitor and resolve risks related to financial, operational, or service quality issues.
  • Address non-compliance or deviations related to internal stakeholders.

Audit Readiness & Documentation

  • Maintain project, partner, and compliance documentation in audit-ready format.
  • Lead internal audits and drive systemic corrective actions.

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

  • Liaise with teams to reinforce a governance-first mindset.
  • Work directly with partners to ensure clarity on compliance expectations.

Reporting & Escalation Management

  • Prepare compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews.
  • Escalate recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree in Design.
  • Typically 7 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and analytical ability.
  • Leadership and people management skills, including team motivation and performance tracking.
  • Customer empathy, understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, and market trends.
