We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at EXL. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare infrastructure, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fine-tune and debug IRIS productions, assisting the L2 ops team as needed.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with the development teams and integrate their applications with our infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless job execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience working on IRIS for Health.
  • Proficiency in GCP and GKE environments, with experience in deploying IKO's on GKE or K8 clusters.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 standards and experience in the US Healthcare domain.
  • CICD/GIT expertise and experience in solving complex issues and data corruption conditions.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and collaborate effectively with the team.
