Workday Expenses Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional in Workday Expenses to join our organization. As a Workday Expenses Expert, you will be responsible for configuring expense policies, resolving issues, testing new features, and developing reports.

This role requires someone who has extensive knowledge of Workday's Expenses module and can drive improvements. If you're a lifelong learner with unique experiences and skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise for day-to-day support and development in Expense Module.
  • Ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features/functionality.
  • Lead Workday enabled finance Expenses workstream(s) to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on training to cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience, excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).

Additional responsibilities include participating in Workday releases, assessing new features, recommending adoption strategies, and ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements.

  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users.
  • Experience in Agile development environments: ServiceNow, Jira.
