Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of MEP services across various projects.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and consultants, to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Actively engage in initial design development of MEP Services and assess constructability of the design, reviewing the Design Basis Report.
  • Review legal and statutory compliance of design and follow up on obtaining necessary approvals in a timely manner, adhering to guidelines.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines of Services Design, as well as Interior and Civil Vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approval, coordinating with Consultants and Architects as needed.
  • Implement conditions of approvals at site during execution in a timely and sequential manner.
  • Execute services work as per the drawings, specification, and schedule, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide value addition in the selection of vendors and local material supply vendors, aligning with the agreed procurement process with the Client.
  • Responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment related to all service areas (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing , Firefighting).
  • Manage handovers, ensuring that all works are complete as per vendor contracts, receipt of all relevant documents like manuals and test certificates, as-built drawings, and adherence to checklists related to execution/testing and commissioning.
  • Initiate training to take over teams through Contractors and Consultants, preparing proper handing-over documents and closing reports.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience, particularly in warehouse/industrial projects. Experience in Residential/Commercial/Hospital/Industrial Projects is also desirable.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with good English communication skills.
