Job Title: MEP Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of fit-outs and retrofit works;
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards;
    • Manage inventory and procurement of civil materials;
    • Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs;
    • liaise with civic agencies to ensure smooth operations of facilities;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and coordination;
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in MS Office and other project management tools;
