Job Summary

This is a key role in our team, responsible for designing and implementing data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing data pipelines, workflows, and data transformation processes.
  • Integrating various data sources to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Optimizing data processing and storage for performance and cost-efficiency.

Databases form another important aspect of this role, where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems.

You will also need to monitor and optimize database performance, implement robust backup and recovery strategies, and work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks experience.
  • Expertise in Python, database management, and ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, data profiling, and architecting data analytic solutions, as well as CI/CD pipelines, version control, and agile practices.

About the Role
