Print Production Manager Role

This role involves leading the day-to-day print execution for clients, ensuring timely delivery through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and provide guidance on processes and policies.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical advice and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with artwork studios and printers to ensure high-quality prints are produced.
  • Project Coordination: Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessment and manage color standards storage.
  • Problem-Solving: Take initiative and resolve challenges proactively, fostering good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in print production.
  • Experience managing client-facing projects and accounts.
  • Familiarity with color management tools and various print methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and work independently or within a team.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ongoing travel may be required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications.
