Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Brand objectives to achieve targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall efficiency and take ownership of Systems, Processes, Policies and Business ensuring adherence.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business propositions, and map current Market Situation, Benchmark with Competition to identify gaps.
  • Provide strong leadership to the store operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, train team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, implement and monitor loss prevention measures.
  • Leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the effectiveness of business operations.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to enhance overall customer experience.
