Exhibition Stall Designer & Graphic Designer Job

This is a full-time on-site role for an Exhibition Stall Designer cum Graphic Designer based in Noida. The designer will be responsible for creating exhibition stalls, developing 3D designs, conceptualizing interior design elements for stalls, and producing graphic materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to blend architectural expertise with graphic design skills to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibition Stall & Spatial Design
  • Conceptualize and design custom exhibition stalls, booths, and event setups.
  • Develop 2D layouts, 3D models, and rendering presentations using design software.
  • Ensure designs are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with client briefs and brand identity.
  • Work closely with fabrication and production teams to ensure feasibility and execution accuracy.
  • Graphic Design & Branding
  • Design branding elements, signage, backdrops, and other visual communication materials for exhibitions and events.
  • Develop creative concepts for marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, social media creatives, and digital presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabrication teams for material selection and production quality.
  • Manage timelines, revisions, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign (or equivalent).
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, space planning, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and construction detailing for exhibition stalls.
  • Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Graphic Design (or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in exhibition stall design, events, or branding environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating 3D design projects and graphic design work.
