GRC Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic GRC Manager with foundational expertise in security, automation, AI/ML, scripting, Python, and Power BI reporting. The ideal candidate will support the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team by leveraging automation, AI/ML technologies, and data analysis tools to enhance GRC processes and reporting.
The GRC Security Analyst will assist in implementing and managing security governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), support risk assessments and compliance activities, and help maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GRC frameworks, risk management, and compliance processes, as well as experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), Power BI, and AI/ML concepts. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
About the Role:
The GRC Security Analyst will work closely with senior GRC managers, security engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with security and business goals. They will stay updated on new technologies and advancements in automation, AI/ML, and security practices, and engage in professional development to expand their expertise in GRC, automation, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and managing security governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Support risk assessments and compliance activities, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
- Help maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans
- Participate in internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline GRC processes, such as compliance tracking, incident management, and audit reporting.
- Assist in integrating AI/ML models for predictive risk analysis, compliance automation, and anomaly detection.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in GRC workflows.
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize GRC metrics, compliance KPIs, and risk trends.
- Collaborate with teams to extract and analyze data for insightful GRC reports.
- Use scripting (Python, PowerShell) to automate data collection, risk analysis, and report generation.
Requirements:
