Leadership Role: AI Training and Evaluation

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead advanced machine learning training and evaluation initiatives for coding, engineering, and related fields within our team.

This opportunity enables the successful candidate to develop and scale existing capabilities for AI training, positioning us as a leader in the data annotation and AI training market.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop tailored solutions based on client requirements, incorporating skills development, quality control methods, and task workflows.
  2. Sourcing skilled professionals from various supply pools to meet resource demands.
  3. Maintaining service delivery quality, task flows, and stakeholder engagement with clients.
  4. Collaborating with sales teams to interact with clients, define project scope, promote capabilities, design delivery solutions, and govern during delivery.
  5. Implementing strategy for talent sourcing and vendor relationship management.
  6. Developing technical platform capabilities and roadmaps.
  7. Demonstrating innovation and thought leadership.
  8. Managing teams, mentoring, and coaching.
  9. Stakeholder management and best practices implementation.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or ML operations domains.
  • Familiarity with leading or managing data annotation, training, evaluation, performance benchmarking for coding and development in AI/ML.
  • Experience in client-facing service delivery management, solutioning, governance with external client stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with strategies for talent sourcing, talent supply development, tech/tooling, delivery, and QC processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a global organization across locations and time zones.
