Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned product management professional to lead the development of innovative data products. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of our data offerings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Manage the entire product life cycle from conceptualisation to retirement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize and lead the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define product features.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and project milestones for product development.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the team in delivering high-quality features.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and lifecycle management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, with specialization around technology product management.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and technical product management.
  • SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in handling SaaS solutions, including deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
  • Leadership: Consistent track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve product goals.
  • Affinity with Agile Methods: Hands-on experience working in an agile framework.
  • Storytelling Skills: Ability to simplify high-level requirements and deliver clear, engaging presentations.
  • Business Analysis: Proficient in business analysis techniques and tools.
