Cloud Infrastructure Lead/Architect Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead/Architect to design and implement large-scale cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet our needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an infrastructure engineer or similar role and extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • Proven ability to architect for scale, availability, and high-performance workloads.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and related tools (Helm, Kustomize).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with security, audit, and compliance best practices.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In addition to their technical expertise, the candidate should have experience in technical leadership and mentoring, client relationship management, and project planning.

Certifications such as Kubernetes Certified Administrator, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using GCP or AWS.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications.
  • Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to determine infrastructure requirements and develop solution proposals.
