As a skilled Visual Communication Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identity and creating engaging visual communications.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure that marketing and design-led initiatives are customer-centric and collaborative.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a scalable design system and component libraries for all touchpoints.
  • Curate impactful branding assets for digital and print materials, social media, presentations, events, and website content.
  • Break down complex data into visual infographics as needed.
  • Develop and design brand assets, marketing collaterals, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and refine the visual identity.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and design materials for leadership communication.

You will have opportunities to create engaging content for employee engagement programs, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create design systems, illustration styles, and other visual guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy-to-understand and diverse visual collaterals.
  • Good command on motion graphics.
  • Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as an integral part of work.
  • Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
