Research and Data Analyst Role

Description of the Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data management, including proactive assistance to consultants with research and mapping assignments. They will work closely with the team to prepare presentations for client pitches, conduct project-specific research and analysis, and utilize company databases and desk analysis tools to generate target candidates.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into the database, adhering to company standards.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly, ensuring efficient access to data.
  • Format CVs in required templates, assist with presentation preparation, and conduct market and competitor research.
  • Systematically identify target companies and candidates, continuously develop internal databases, and track executive moves and relevant press articles.
  • Support the team on competitor insight reports and contribute to the development of target candidates for search assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong data management and research skills.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented individual.
  • Well-organized, calm, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and first-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable individual.
  • Good team player.
