We are seeking a seasoned Programmatic Campaign Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a strategic partner, you will drive campaign performance and identify growth opportunities while providing guidance and mentorship to your team members.

The role involves developing and executing client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving business growth. You will be responsible for owning client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of specialists in programmatic campaigns, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Developing and executing client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
  • Owning client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
  • Identifying and pursuing account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
  • Leveraging expertise in DV360 and other Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilizing Measurement, Monitoring, and Analytics Platforms (MMPs) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in programmatic campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
  • Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and Presentation skills.
