Job Description

Support the development and execution of programmatic advertising strategies across display, video, native, and audio formats using leading DSPs.

End-to-end ownership of programmatic campaigns including setup, targeting, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Work with audience data and DMPs/CDPs to build relevant audience segments and retargeting pools for enhanced campaign precision.

Monitor campaign delivery, performance, and pacing in real-time and implement data-driven optimizations.

Collaborate with creative, media planning, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and execution.

Stay informed on new platform capabilities, supply partners, and ad tech innovations to recommend strategic testing opportunities.

Maintain relationships with platform partners like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP for knowledge sharing and beta access.

Required and Preferred Experience:

5+ years of experience in hands-on programmatic media buying and campaign execution.

Proficiency in Demand Side Platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, MediaMath).

Familiarity with ad verification, viewability, and brand safety tools like IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT.

Experience with first- and third-party data onboarding and usage (DMPs/CDPs).

Strong analytical ability to interpret platform data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Knowledge of tagging (floodlight or pixel setup), UTM tracking, and basic programmatic troubleshooting.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, advertising).

Demonstrated interest in the evolving programmatic ecosystem including CTV, retail media, and identity resolution.
