Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Engineer to lead the homologation process for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Homologation Strategies: Create powerful strategies & roadmaps for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Agencies: Develop and manage relationships with test agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead the Homologation Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring effective execution of homologation strategies and meeting timelines.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor and report on the homologation process, including risks and issues, to senior management.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of process-driven ideas across the engineering team, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and open communication.
  • Ambiguity Management: Work in ambiguity while ensuring the team remains focused and motivated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Experience working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and partners.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
