About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Administrator with 7 to 9 years of experience to lead our team in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Atlassian Jira environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and customize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  • Design and implement scalable Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Develop governance standards and best practices for Jira usage across the organization.
  • Ensure seamless user access, roles, and security settings in line with organizational policies.
  • Monitor Jira system performance and conduct regular health checks.
  • Integrate Jira with other enterprise tools and platforms.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support leadership and operational teams.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7 to 9 years of experience in Jira administration, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira Software (Cloud and/or Data Center) and Confluence administration.
  • Proven experience designing complex workflows, schemes, and automation rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira integrations, APIs, and add-ons/marketplace apps.
