We are a dynamic and fast-paced marketing team seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our ranks.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities include campaign planning & execution, content creation & management, market research & analysis, digital marketing management, branding & positioning, event planning & coordination, and customer relationship management (CRM).

About the Role:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation & Management: Work with the content team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, website copy, social media content, newsletters, and product descriptions.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and assist in gathering and analyzing customer insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing, and monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Branding & Positioning: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, and ensure marketing activities reflect the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences, and support the promotion of events through digital channels and offline marketing activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Support the marketing team in building and managing customer relationships using CRM tools, and assist in segmentation, targeting, and nurturing leads through email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is desirable, depending on the company's industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and tools.

Compensation:

Estimated annual salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 based on location (Noida) and industry standards.
