Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Fire Protection Designer with expertise in REVIT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or commercial fire protection design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Modeling & Drawing Production: Create BIM models for fire protection services using REVIT MEP, develop 2D construction deliverables such as sprinkler layouts and piping layouts.
  • Coordination: Work closely with other disciplines to ensure assigned work is coordinated and results in a clash-free design.
  • Technical Drawing: Produce detailed drawings such as general arrangement drawings for equipment rooms and riser diagrams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI/NCTVT - Mechanical Draftsman.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in fire protection design for industrial or commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, and coordination tools like Navisworks, and have a working knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, NFPA, and International Fire Code.
