Lead Data Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Data Engineer to join our organization. This is a key role in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Fabric and the Azure Data stack. They should be able to lead data engineering initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.

  • Design and develop modern data pipelines, data models, and lakehouse solutions using MS Fabric.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines integrating multiple data sources.
  • Implement and manage data solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Power BI.
  • Drive best practices for data governance, security, and performance.

This position requires hands-on experience with MS Fabric, strong SQL skills, and experience in handling large-scale data processing. Knowledge of Python/Scala/Spark for data engineering is also beneficial. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Mandatory Skill Set:

  • Hands-on experience with MS Fabric (6 months - 2 years).
  • Strong expertise in Azure Stack: ADF, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Power BI.
  • Proven experience in data pipeline development and optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in handling large-scale data processing.
