Business Development Manager: Wealth Fund Opportunities

This role involves identifying and engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) who are interested in real estate investments. The successful candidate will have a strong network and the ability to generate new leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Build relationships with HNIs and other stakeholders to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand existing networks.
  • Provide market insights and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Conduct initial meetings with prospects to discuss their investment goals and suitability for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Educate prospects about the fund's structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings with senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay up-to-date on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities.
  • Research HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach efforts.
  • Reporting & Collaboration:
  • Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, meeting scheduling, and pipeline movement.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Fundraising teams to achieve targets.

Requirements include a graduate/postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related field, 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products, and exposure to HNI client acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
