Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AV consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing audio-visual solutions for clients.

The role involves gathering requirements from end-users and customers, designing solutions based on received briefs, obtaining business approval, and providing final designs to the vendor management team. Additionally, the consultant will evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors, schedule downtime for project implementation, verify drawings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality while working independently. A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in AV deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements from end-users and customers for AV projects
  • Design solutions based on received briefs and gathered requirements
  • Obtain business approval for AV solutions
  • Provide final design to Collaboration Head/Vendor Management team for vendor quotes
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  • Schedule downtime for project implementation once PO is issued to the AV vendor
  • Verify drawings received from vendors. Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
  • Coordinate with CIS/BU Teams (Civil and MEP) for room readiness required for AV system deployment
  • Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery according to PO
  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities with vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely completion
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with project execution
  • Maintain extensive project documentation throughout project lifecycles
  • Verify physical installation quality
  • Test and commission AV systems
  • Hand over project deliverables to Operations Team/Customer with proper training
  • Provide remote support for maintenance calls
  • Visit project sites to address issues or troubleshoot as needed
  • Perform periodic health checks on AV systems and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts for latest technologies
