Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Hello All,

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist with extensive experience in Python, Selenium, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks for end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a small Agile team to design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
  • Perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
