Lead Generation and Management Specialist

As a Lead Generation and Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.
  • Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
  • Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.
